Alia Fadel – Managing Director
Is the founder and Managing Director of Marcom Systems.
She is responsible for the marketing, communications and strategic business development efforts of the firm.
She manages and oversees Media Relations, events, exhibitions, Marketing campaigns,
Advertising and more.

Alia Fadel has more than 15 years of business experience with a focus on Sales and Marketing
in the Information Technology industry.

She has past experience working with large organizations including Cisco, the worldwide leader
in networking for the Internet. Since January 2001,
she assumed as Cisco Regional Marketing Manager for North Africa and Levant Region.

In this position Alia handled High level large events and exhibitions in the region such as
Cisco Expo,
Cisco's Partners Summit,
Gitex,
Round Table discussion in Jordan 2002 between his Majesty King Abdullah and John Chamber (Cisco's CEO),
Global Summit of Women 2003,
Jordan Global Education Initiative,
World Economic Forum Jordan 2003,
Robert Lloyd visit to Egypt 2004 (Cisco's President for Developing and Sales),
World Summit on the Information Society in Tunisia 2005,

In 2007 Alia Fadel changed her role in Cisco to join the Sales Channel organization with $30M annual revenue till 2012.

Prior to joining Cisco, Fadel spent three years in different Companies Raya Integration (Tritech), LCC International and Orascom Construction Industries.

During her career Alia got many awards,

Middle East and Africa,
Cisco FY10 Channel Manager Achiever winner,
Cisco FY10 Competitive Win Back Team Award (Link Dot Net) ,
Cisco Best Contributors from FY01 till FY07 across NAL region as Regional Marketing Manager – North Africa and Levant, In addition Alia got many CAP awards (Cisco Achievement Program) for outstanding Marketing Manager performance.

Alia Fadel holds a bachelor degree in Engineering with Very good and Honor Degree.
She studies marketing at Chartered Institute of Marketing,
Alia is working on her Master degree of Communication Engineering from Cairo University.
She is married and has two children
